Tim and his brother, Dave, have remodeled about 30 Subway sandwich shops now. They just finished probably the most difficult one that they've ever done. Not only was it an extensive remodel, but they put in tons of hours in order to be able to open by Presiden't Day for the owner. The highlight of my week was going to see Tim at the job and getting to get him away long enough to have lunch together. I got a picture at the same time!!!
